Loyalty has no expiration date

At our local Hala store, their is a big wall paper that has the emblem of the “House of Prayer” in the background.

And, written in bold letters are the words : “Loyalty has no expiration date“.

LoyaltyHasNoExpirationDate
The truth is that we all struggle with loyalty, devotion, and love.

But, the saying justifies that though our commitment might waver, we are forever called to return to Loyalty.

Do not get me talking about Love, as Paul covered it most assuredly.

GOD’S WORD® Translation (©1995)
Love never comes to an end. There is the gift of speaking what God has revealed, but it will no longer be used. There is the gift of speaking in other languages, but it will stop by itself. There is the gift of knowledge, but it will no longer be used.

As I thought and reflected on the words, I did what I always do – Googled for it.

And, found this gem:

The movie that best captures it for me is Khaled Hosseini‘s Kite Runner

A trailer is available @ http://www.reelz.com/trailer-clips/20357/the-kite-runner-trailer/

And, another movie, that I watched much earlier.  The name of that movie is Joy Luck Cub.

A trailer is available @ http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi2905449497/

And, the song that does it for me is:

Vienna Teng – Warm Strangers – Homecoming (Walter’s Song)

If she is ever in your hometown do self a favor and go see her (as she is a revelation).
